Do I have to receive my box immediately after I redeem my gift?

Your gift card recipient will receive an email on the specific day that you indicate. This email will contain step-by-step instructions on how to redeem the gift card. If you chose to print the gift card at home, it’s up to you to hand them their gift!

When will the person I am sending a gift card to receive it?

Nope! We only ask you to log in or create an account so we can send you an order confirmation but this will not result in a subscription.

Do I have to have a HelloFresh subscription to purchase or redeem a gift card?

We don’t yet support buying multiple cards on the same order but you can go through the purchasing process several times without having to create a new account.

Can I purchase more than one gift card?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after purchasing a gift card. If you picked the ‘Print at Home’ option, this email will also include a printable card for you to download and give to the recipient. If the recipient(s) do not receive the email confirmation, we suggest they check their spam folders.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my gift card purchase(s)?

Unfortunately, we do not support this yet.

Can I buy a gift for someone who lives in a different country?

All of them! As long as the value is covered by your gift card you will not be charged. If you select recipes that exceed the value of your gift, you will be charged the difference. The value of each recipe is indicated on the Meal Selection page.

Which recipes can I choose from if I have a gift card?

If you have credit left on your account, it will automatically apply to your next delivery(ies) when you start a weekly subscription. Don’t worry, you can stop the subscription at any time! Go to Our Plans, select Plan Preferences, and complete checkout. The credit left from your gift will automatically be applied.

To start deleting your account, please go to our website and cancel your subscription first.

Your subscription is deactivated. Your account deletion would be delayed if you have an active delivery that is on its way, or a confirmed delivery for the upcoming week. Once there are no ongoing deliveries, only then will the account deletion process be commenced.

Please note that all of your account data will be removed, including any discounts or credit. If you return to HelloFresh in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.

We use less packaging and simple ingredients for delicious, filling meals that are easily doable. Our aim is to bring tasty value and convenience, not make you a chef.

Nope! Skip when you want and cancel anytime. You can skip weeks in advance in case you’re going out of town. It’s easy.

Yes! We do offer ketogenic meals. These meals will be labelled with a "KETO" tag underneath the photo of the meal.

In order for our meals to be deemed ketogenic, the meal must contain at least 60% of calories coming from fat, around 20% of calories coming from protein, and 10% or less of calories coming from carbohydrates. Since each individual will have a different carbohydrate threshold that allows them to remain in ketosis, the carbohydrate content of our meals varies.

Some of our meals may be low in carbohydrates, but are not quite high enough in fat to be considered ketogenic! By simply adding more fat to these meals you can achieve a "more ketogenic friendly" meal.
