Each week, our culinary team work hard to develop, test and perfect delicious recipes, for you to cook and enjoy at home. We know that variety is key in maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle, which is exactly why we continue to come up with fresh and exciting new meals. Our recipes are designed to give you all the energy and nutrients you need for your day, without an unnecessarily high number of calories.
Allergies and Intolerances
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for special allergies or intolerances at this early stage. However, since HelloFresh boxes only contain unprocessed ingredients, it is possible to omit, or replace, any ingredient that could cause an allergic reaction. Every week, you can find the list of allergens for each recipe by clicking on the recipe in your menu.
We assume you have a bit of a pantry, but we keep it pretty basic. These ingredients will be marked with a * on the recipe card, so you don't go looking for them in the box. We will always let you know what the assumed pantry items are before your box gets delivered to give you enough time to stock up.
