• Cut capsicum into bite-sized pieces. Cut chicken into 2cm strips • In a bowl, combine seasoning, chicken and a drizzle of olive oil • Heat olive oil in frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken and capsicum, turning, until chicken is cooked through, 3-4 mins on each side • Add mango chilli sauce to the pan, tossing to coat, 1 min
• Cut lemon into wedges. Roughly chop cucumber • In a medium bowl, combine slaw, cucumber, a squeeze of lemon juice and drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste.
• Microwave tortillas for 10 second bursts, until warm • Spread smokey aioli over tortillas • Roughly chop chicken • Fill tortillas with slaw, chicken and capsicum • Tear over coriander. Serve with any remaining lemon wedges
