garlic paste

dill & parsley mayonnaise

roasted potatoes with garlic herb butter
(ContainsMilkMay be presentEgg, Gluten, Soy, Fish, Sesame, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Crustacea, Sulphites)1 packet
grated Parmesan cheese
(ContainsMilk)olive oil
• Heat frying pan over medium-high heat with enough olive oil to coat base of pan • Cook chicken until golden, 3-4 mins each side
• Meanwhile, trim green beans and baby broccoli • Wipe out frying pan, then return to to medium-high heat with drizzle of olive oil • Cook veggies, until tender, 4-5 mins • Add garlic paste (1/2 packet for 2P / 1 packet for 4P) and cook until fragrant, 1 min
• Meanwhile, prick a few holes in potato container • Microwave potatoes until hot and steaming, 4-5 mins • Plate up potatoes, chicken and veggies • Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and spoon over mayo to serve
