garlic & herb seasoning

vegetable stock powder

dill & parsley mayonnaise(ContainsEggs)
Greek salad cheese/feta cheese(ContainsMilk)
roasted pumpkin(May be presentPeanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Milk, Soy, Gluten, Egg, Crustacea, Fish, Sulphites)
• Boil the kettle • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat • Slice capsicum • Cook capsicum, tossing, 3-4 mins • Add beef strips and seasoning and cook, tossing, until browned, 2 mins • Season
• In a medium heatproof bowl, place couscous and stock • Add boiling water (3/4 cup for 2P / 1 1/2 cups for 4P) and stir • Immediately cover with a plate and leave for 5 mins. Fluff up with a fork and set aside • Prick a few holes in pumpkin packet. Microwave until steaming, 2-3 mins • Roughly chop almonds
• Add pumpkin and mixed leaves to couscous • Drizzle with oil, toss and season • Plate up couscous. Top with beef and capsicum, dill & parsley mayo and almonds • Serve with crumbled cheese (1/2 pkt for 2P / 1 pkt for 4P)
