Heat a medium frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast flaked almonds tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes.


Meanwhile, add a layer of the raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to a serving bowl.

TIP: Store any leftover granola in an airtight container!


Top the granola with a dollop of original thick & creamy yoghurt and berry compote. Sprinkle with toasted almonds to serve.
