chicken breast strips

microwavable basmati rice

Greek salad cheese/feta cheese(ContainsMilk)
• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat • Cook chicken, until browned and cooked through, 6-7 mins • Add spice blend, garlic paste and a splash of water • Cook until fragrant, 1-2 mins
• Meanwhile, drain corn. Cut lemon into wedges • In a bowl, combine sour cream, a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of oil • Add corn, slaw and spinach. Season and toss
• Microwave rice until steaming,2-3 mins • Plate up rice, slaw and chicken • Top with jalapeños, crumbled cheese and aioli • Crumble with corn chips to serve
