Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast flaked almonds, tossing, until golden, 2-3 mins.

Meanwhile, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to a bowl.

TIP: Store any leftover muesli in an airtight container!

Pour some soy milk over granola. Top with the berry compote and sprinkle with toasted almonds to serve.
