Heads-up - you'll need a microwave for this recipe.

Unfortunately, this week's smokey aioli was in short supply. Some customers will receive BBQ mayo instead of smokey aioli. Don't worry, the recipe will be just as delicious!

Trim broccolini. Slice lemon into wedges. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add broccolini and a good dash of water. Cook until tender, 5 mins. Add spinach and lemon juice to season and stir until wilted. Transfer to a plate.


Meanwhile, combine spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Add chicken and toss. Return the frying pan to high heat with olive oil. Cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side.


While the chicken cooks, zap potatoes until hot and steaming, 3 mins. Plate up the chicken, greens and potatoes. Serve with smokey aioli and lemon wedges.
