Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain tinned mango and roughly chop.

Add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli to each bowl (store leftover muesli in an airtight container!). Top with some Boring oat milk, mango and toasted coconut to serve.

FRESH TIP: Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast your favourite nut or seed tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle over!
