I am writing to advise that owing to the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand we will be experiencing disruption to supply of our normal HelloFresh deliveries.
Unfortunately a number of the team in our Auckland distribution centre have had to go into self-isolation after two members of the production team returned a positive COVID-19 test. As always, the health and safety of our employees and customers remains a top priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to adapt our operations as quickly as possible to account for this workforce shortage.
We are working closely with the Auckland Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS) and are strictly following their advice to ensure the health and safety of the team. Our site is being regularly deep cleaned and ARPHS has confirmed that the HelloFresh product is safe for distribution and consumption.
Customers who have changes to their orders will be advised as soon as possible. We realise this will be unwelcome news for those that are impacted and we apologise for this inconvenience. Please know that our customer care team is working hard to help with a large number of requests. In order to prevent you from having to wait for a response, we’d ask that you please refer to the COVID-19 Update section of our Help Centre
where we are providing frequent updates to our service.
We will do our utmost in the weeks ahead to feed as many Kiwi families as we can and thank you all for your understanding and patience
as we work to get food onto doorsteps while prioritising the wellbeing of those in our supply chain.
