1. Account Deletion Process.

To start deleting your account, please go to our website and cancel your subscription first.

Please confirm that you want to delete your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

After you have completed all the above steps successfully, and sent an email to our customer support regarding your account deletion. You should receive a confirmation email in the near future when the process is complete.

Please complete the “Cancel subscription” step to continue with the account deletion flow.

First step incomplete

Your subscription is deactivated. Your account deletion would be delayed if you have an active delivery that is on its way, or a confirmed delivery for the upcoming week. Once there are no ongoing deliveries, only then will the account deletion process be commenced. 

Send request

After you’ve cancelled your subscription, you can request to have your account deleted. To submit your deletion request, select Send request and follow the prompts to confirm.

Please note that all of your account data will be removed, including any discounts or credit. If you return to HelloFresh in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.

2. Request Deletion.

To finalise deleting your account, we’ll need to email our customer service team.

3. Select the app ‘HelloFresh’, then tap Stop Using Apple ID.

After you’ve stopped using your Apple ID for this account, you’ll need to request to have your account deleted.

Please note that all of your account data will be lost, including any discounts or credit. If you return to HelloFresh in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
