Meals for Families of Any Size
Whatever the size of your family, our weekly family meal plans are suitable for you. Our family plans provide from three to four meals per week for four people. If you have a larger family, then simply combine recipes and lay out a feast. If you’re cooking alone, then you’ll have plenty of delicious leftovers for the next day. All our ingredients come pre-measured, and recipes can take as little as 20 minutes to cook. Dinner time is sorted, however large or small your family is.

How many people does a family food subscription box serve?
You can have a family meal box for 4 people 3-5 nights a week. You can create your perfect box for wholesome, delicious dinners. Our family meal plan subscription includes new recipes and a variety of cuisines every week, so your meals will never be boring again!
Do I need to be an experienced cook to use HelloFresh food box?
Absolutely not! And even the kids can help with a little supervision. HelloFresh has designed our easy-to-follow recipe cards to give you all the information you need to cook a delicious dinner. You’ll find step-by-step instructions on our cards alongside all the relevant nutritional information to ensure you know exactly what’s going in your meal. It’s the perfect meal kit for kid cooks and adult chefs alike.
What does my family meal kit contain?
In each and every HelloFresh family meal box you’ll find tasty, pre-measured ingredients and your step-by-step recipe cards for the week. Each of our recipe cards includes all the information you need to cook up a storm, plus useful nutritional and allergy advice to ensure you know exactly what’s going into your meals.
Can I skip a week or change my meal delivery?
Of course! HelloFresh has made it simple to skip a week or change your delivery, our family meal boxes are as flexible as you are. If you’re heading out on vacation, just let us know — we’ll happily resume your delivery on your return. If you want to change your delivery to a more suitable time, simply select a new time slot in your account. Or, you can easily choose to have the Classic or Veggie Plan instead. The choice is yours!
What if I’m not home to receive my family friendly meals?
If for any reason you cannot be home on your delivery day, then inform us of a safe place to leave your family meal box and it will be ready for you when you return home. You can give us permission to leave it with a neighbor, in your backyard or porch, or we can even deliver to your office and leave it at the front desk. Our boxes have been designed to keep your food fresh, with sensitive ingredients stored in insulated cool pouches with ice packs. Your box will be left in a safe place and your delivery driver will take a photo of where it was left.
Can I cancel my meal subscription?
The family meal delivery service never ties you into a long contract and you’re free to cancel at any time. Just make sure you do so before the order cut-off deadline the week prior to your next delivery. Cut-off times are: Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT for WA, SA, NT and Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC.
