How can I check if HelloFresh delivers to my address?
You can check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode when you select a box and proceed to our checkout.
When does HelloFresh deliver my food box?
To see what time windows are available in your delivery area, enter your address details and select from the drop down menu at the checkout.
What if I’m not home to accept the delivery from HelloFresh?
No problem! When confirming your order, you can provide us with instructions on a safe place to leave your box if you're not at home to accept your delivery.
In fact, most of our customers are not present when we deliver their food. Some customers simply ask us to leave their HelloFresh box in front of their door. Others tell us to take their box to a helpful neighbour. Whatever your personal circumstances, our friendly drivers will do their best to find a way to make HelloFresh work for you.
Will the contents of my box remain fresh if I'm not in to accept the delivery?
Don't worry if you're not home - all of our boxes are packaged using speciality insulation and cool packs in order to keep your groceries fresh (whatever the weather). As long as you are able to transfer the contents to your fridge once you are home to unpack your delivery, everything will still be fresh and delicious!
