Some customers will receive BBQ mayo instead of smokey aioli. Don't worry, the recipe will be just as delicious!*

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Herb Butter

Trim broccolini. Slice lemon into wedges. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add broccolini and a good dash of water. Cook until tender, 5 mins. Add spinach and lemon juice to season and stir until wilted. Transfer to a plate.

Meanwhile, combine spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Add chicken and toss. Return the frying pan to high heat with olive oil. Cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side.

While the chicken cooks, zap potatoes until hot and steaming, 3 mins. Plate up the chicken, greens and potatoes. Serve with smokey aioli and lemon wedges.
