• Set your air fryer to 200°C. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
• In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, gochujang and a drizzle of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
• Place chickpeas into air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until
golden, shaking the basket halfway.
• Transfer to a large bowl and set aside to cool slightly.
TIP: No air fryer? Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place prepped
chickpeas on a lined oven tray in an even layer. Roast until golden, 15-20 minutes.

TIP: Don’t dry your chicken, the moisture will help the crumb stick.

TIP: The chicken is cooked when it is no longer pink inside.
