Spread remaining dill & parsley mayonnaise over sourdough slices. Layer a slice with pulled chicken mixture, tomato and salad leaves. Top with remaining sourdough slice.

3

Wrap sandwich in foil or plastic wrap.

Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavour: The pulled chicken mixture was tasty, but the overall sandwich experience was mixed due to bread issues.
  • Ease of prep: Some found the bread shape impractical for slicing, making it challenging to create sandwiches as pictured.
  • Suggestions: Consider using ciabatta rolls instead of the round loaf for easier sandwich assembly.
