• Thinly slice tomato into rounds.
• Halve everything bagels. Toast or grill to your liking.
• Spread toasted bagel bases with cream cheese. Top with tomato and dollop with plant-based basil pesto. Replace bagel tops. • Transfer bagels to serving plates. Enjoy!
