Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Maple-Flavoured Syrup

In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk pancake & waffle mix and warm water. Add mini white chocolate chips and stir to combine. Roughly chop the strawberries.

In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high hea. When the pan is hot, add 1/3 cup of pancake batter in batches and cook until golden, 3-5 mins each side.

Divide the pancakes between plates. Top with the strawberries. Drizzle with the maple-flavoured syrup to serve.
