Cooking Steps

Bake the fries
1

• Cut potato into fries. • Set your air fryer to 200°C. Place fries into the air fryer basket, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Cook for 10 minutes. Shake the basket, then cook until golden, a further 10-15 minutes. Divide between serving plates. TIP: No air fryer? Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Place fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

Get prepped
2

• Meanwhile, thinly slice apple into sticks.

Prep the pork
3

• In a shallow bowl, combine the plain flour and a pinch of salt. In a second shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In a third shallow bowl, place panko breadcrumbs and All-American spice blend. • Dip pork into flour mixture to coat, followed by the egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.

Cook the pork
4

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with enough olive oil to coat the base. • Cook pork schnitzel in batches until golden and cooked through, 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
TIP: Ensure the oil is hot before cooking the pork schnitzels for best results!

Bring it all together
5

• Slice brioche hotdog buns in half lengthways. Bake buns directly on the wire oven rack until heated through, 5-7 minutes • In a large bowl, combine apple, shredded cabbage mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegr and olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Finish & serve
6

• Spread each bun with burger sauce then fill with American crumbed pork and some apple slaw. • Serve with fries and remaining slaw. Enjoy!
