• Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons. Thinly slice pear. Pick herb leaves. Roughly chop pecans. • Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast pecans, tossing occasionally, until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

• In a small bowl, combine mustard cider dressing and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
