Cooking Steps

Thinly slice mint. Zest lemon. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese (see ingredients), lemon zest and the icing sugar.

Halve the cinnamon & raisin bagels (see ingredients). Toast or grill to your liking.

Spread cream cheese over bagel halves. Top with some passionfruit lemon sauce and mint.
