This is about to be your new favourite way to make dinner! Flavour-packed halloumi are the star of this dish. We're pairing them with golden pre-prepped potato fries and a fresh tomato and cos salad. The final touch? A generous drizzle of tangy honey-mustard sauce. Delish!

- Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
- Place potato fries on lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with crispy seasoning, season with salt and toss to coat.
- Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide fries between two trays.
- When the fries have 15 minutes remaining, cut halloumi into 2cm chunks.
- Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook halloumi until golden brown, 1-2 minutes each side. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Just before serving, roughly chop cos lettuce.
- Thinly slice tomato into wedges.
- In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, tomato and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave honey mustard sauce until heated through, 30 seconds.
- Divide halloumi, fries and tomato-cos salad between
plates. Serve with honey mustard sauce. Enjoy!
