
We’re all for dressing up a taco, but sometimes simple is best. Tex-Mex spiced beef mince, smokey aioli and crunchy slaw are packed into warm tortillas for the ultimate taco night. All you need is a sprinkle of cheese.

Deluxe Salad Mix
1 packet
Smokey Aioli
(Contains: Eggs, Soy; )
250 g
Beef Mince
1 packet
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(Contains: Milk; )
1 sachet
Tex-Mex Spice Blend

Mini Flour Tortillas
(Contains: Wheat, Gluten; )
1 drizzle
olive oil
1 drizzle
white wine vinegar

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
• Cook beef mince (no need for oil!), breaking up with a spoon, until just
browned, 4-5 minutes.
• SPICY! This is a mild spice blend, but use less if you're sensitive to heat! Add Tex-Mex spice blend and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
• Remove from heat, then add a splash of water and mix to combine.

• In a large bowl, combine deluxe salad mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar
and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Little cooks: Take the lead by tossing the slaw!

• Microwave mini flourtortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second
bursts, until warmed through.
Little cooks: Help warm the tortillas with oven gloves and under adult
supervision. Be careful, the plate can get hot

• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with smokey aioli, then top with rainbow
slaw, Texan beef and shredded Cheddar cheese to serve. Enjoy!

roasted tomato salsa, sour cream and tear over coriander to serve.
