Cooking Steps

Cook the pork

  • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook pork mince, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
  • Add peri-peri seasoning and the honey and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
Toss the slaw

  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine shredded cabbage mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
Heat the tortillas

  • Microwave mini flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through. 
Finish & serve

  • Top each tortilla with mashed avocado, cabbage slaw and peri-peri spiced pork.
  • Drizzle over garlic aioli to serve. Enjoy!
