- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook pork mince, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
- Add peri-peri seasoning and the honey and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine shredded cabbage mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
- Microwave mini flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.
- Top each tortilla with mashed avocado, cabbage slaw and peri-peri spiced pork.
- Drizzle over garlic aioli to serve. Enjoy!
