white wine vinegar

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook pulled pork, gently breaking apart, until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
• Add Abuela’s marinade and cook until combined and fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
TIP: Add a splash of water if the pork looks dry!

• Spread sliced sourdough with some garlic aioli and Dijon mustard. Fill
with pulled pork and shredded Cheddar cheese.
• Heat sandwiches in a sandwich press until cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.

• While sandwich is toasting, roughly chop cucumber and tomato.
• In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, tomato and a drizzle of white wine
vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

• Slice Abuela’s pulled pork sourdough sandwich in half.
• Serve with corn chips and cucumber salsa. Enjoy!
