If you've added chicken breast to your meal, cut chicken into 2cm chunks. After cooking bacon, return frying pan to a high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
Add chicken to pizza with veggies.
• Place the tortilla pizzas in the oven directly onto the wire racks and bake until the cheese is melted and golden, 4-5 minutes. TIP: Placing the pizzas directly on the wire rack helps the base to crisp up.
• In a medium bowl, combine rocket leaves and a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season. • Divide BBQ bacon & sweetcorn tortilla pizza between plates. • Top with dressed rocket to serve. Enjoy!
