Cooking Steps

1

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Thinly slice mozzarella. Lay pizza bases on a flat surface, rough side down. Spread evenly with pizza sauce using back of a spoon. Top with mozzarella and 1/2 the grated Parmesan cheese.

2

Place pizzas directly on a wire rack in oven and bake until base is golden, 10-12 minutes (use two wire racks if your pizzas don't fit). TIP: Placing pizzas directly onto wire racks helps the base to crisp up.

3

In a medium bowl, combine rocket leaves and balsamic & olive oil dressing. Arrange prosciutto over pizzas. Top with rocket leaves and remaining grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

4

Add some extra cheese for a super cheesy pizza!
