Cooking Steps

In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk pancake and waffle mix and warm water. Add mini white chocolate chips and stir to combine. Roughly chop strawberries.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. When pan is hot, add 1/3 cup of pancake batter, in batches and cook until golden, 3-5 mins each side (add more oil in between batches if needed).

Divide white chocolate chip pancakes between plates. Top with strawberries and drizzle over maple-flavoured syrup. Enjoy!

Add a chopped nut to the pancakes for some extra crunch.
