Sourdough Loaf

Using a bread knife, slice sourdough loaf into 4 slices. Generously spread both sides of sourdough slices with butter.
TIP: Adding butter to the outside of the toastie will make it crispy.
Spread half the sourdough slices with basil pesto, then layer with shredded Cheddar cheese, prosciutto and baby spinach leaves. Top with a second sourdough slice.
Toast each sandwich in a sandwich press or frying pan until golden on each side. Plate up prosciutto and cheese toastie. Enjoy!
