Cooking Steps

Get prepped

• Finely chop garlic. Thinly slice fresh chilli (if using). Slice lemon into wedges. 
• In a medium bowl, combine peeled prawns, garlic & herb seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. 

Make the garlic-chilli butter

• Place the butter, chilli and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl and 
microwave in 10 second bursts, until melted. Set aside. 

Cook the prawns

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. 
• Cook prawns in batches, tossing, until pink and starting to curl up, 3-4 minutes.
• In the last minute of cook time, return all prawns to the pan, then add the 
garlic-chilli butter, tossing until fragrant. Remove pan from heat and add a 
good squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

TIP: Have a BBQ? Preheat BBQ to a high heat. Grill the prawns until pink and starting to curl up, 2-4 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate, then drizzle over garlic-chilli butter and a good squeeze of lemon juice. 

Finish & serve

• Transfer garlic-chilli butter prawns to a serving dish. 
• Serve with any remaining lemon wedges. Enjoy!
