Cooking Steps

  • Roughly chop cos lettuce. Thinly slice tomato into wedges.
  • Thinly slice radish. Cut corn cob in half.

  • Cut haloumi into 1cm slices. In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook haloumi and paprika spice blend, until golden brown, 1-2 minutes each side.

  • Meanwhile, transfer corn to a large microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave corn on high, until tender, 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain any excess liquid, then add the butter and season with salt and pepper. Cover to keep warm.
  • Toast or grill pita bread to your liking.

  • In a large bowl, combine cos, tomato, radish, grated parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Season to taste.
  • Fill pita bread with some Caesar salad and haloumi. Serve with steamed corn cob and any remaining salad. Enjoy!
