Large Frying Pan

Cooking Steps

1
  • Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut potato into fries.
  • Place on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat.
  • Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

2
  • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced bacon and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until golden, 6-7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
  • Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook chicken breast strips and garlic & herb seasoning, until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally, 6-8 minutes.

TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.

3
  • Meanwhile, roughly chop cos lettuce, transfer to a large bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Toss to combine and season to taste.
  • Microwave large wraps on a plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.
4
  • Top wraps with some cos salad, bacon and herby chicken. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and roll up into a tasty wrap. Serve with potato fries. Enjoy!
  • ELEVATE ME: If you've added extra ingredients to your recipe, halve cherry tomatoes. Slice avocado in half, scoop out flesh and thinly slice. Top wraps with tomatoes and avocado slices. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
