• Finely chop garlic. Grate carrot. Roughly chop baby spinach leaves. Drain sweetcorn (see ingredients). • Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook sweetcorn until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
TIP: Cover the pan with a lid if the corn kernels are "popping" out.
Custom Recipe: If you've swapped to pork mince, make the patties as above.

• Thinly slice spring onion. • Divide cucumber slaw between bowls. Top with cheesy beef and pork patties. • Dollop over smokey aioli. Garnish with spring onion to serve. Enjoy!
