
Taco night is always a winner in our books. Introducing our newest taste sensation - spiced beef mince, cooked until golden and tossed in honey for that sweet-and-savoury mix. Add crunch with a fresh slaw and cucumber and some creamy goodness from the garlic aioli. Pack the lot into a warm tortilla and enjoy!

Mini Flour Tortillas
(Contains: Wheat, Gluten; )
250 g
Beef Mince
1 packet
Garlic Aioli
(Contains: Eggs, Soy; )
1 packet
Shredded Cabbage Mix
1 sachet
Kiwi Spice Blend
1 drizzle
olive oil

white wine vinegar

• Slice cucumber into thin sticks.

• Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef mince (no need for oil!), breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
• Add kiwi spice blend seasoning and the honey, and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.

• Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine shredded red cabbage, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
• Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.

• Top each tortilla with cucumber, cabbage and Kiwi spiced pork.
• Drizzle over garlic aioli to serve. Enjoy!
ELEVATE ME: If you’ve added extra ingredients to your recipe, dollop over roasted tomato salsa, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and tear over coriander to serve.
