• Slice single cream brie. Roughly chop olives. • Slice the sourdough loaf into 4 slices.
• Butter both side of the bread. • Spread bread with half the onion chutney. Top with half the brie and some olives. Top sandwich with a second slice of bread. TIP: Adding butter to the outside of the toastie will make it crispy.
• Toast each grilled cheese in a sandwich press until toasted to your liking. • In a medium bowl, combine rocket leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. • Plate up brie and caramelised onion toastie and serve with balsamic rocket salad. Enjoy!
