Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add flaked almonds and toast, tossing, until golden, 2-3 mins.
Meanwhile, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to each bowl (store leftover muesli in an airtight container!).
Top granola with Bonsoy soy milk and berry compote. Sprinkle over toasted almonds. Enjoy!
