We’re all for dressing up a taco, but sometimes simple is best. Tex-Mex spiced beef mince, bacon, smokey aioli and leafy greens are packed into warm tortillas for the ultimate taco night. All you need is a sprinkle of cheese. *We’ve replaced the slaw mix in this recipe with mixed salad leaves due to local ingredient availability. It’ll be just as delicious, just follow your recipe card!*

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. • Cook beef mince (no need for oil!) and diced bacon, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 5-6 minutes. • Add Tex-Mex spice blend, and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove from heat, add a splash of water and mix to combine.

• In a large bowl, deluxe salad mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.

• Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate for 10 seconds bursts until warmed through.

• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with smokey aioli, then top with slaw, Texan beef and bacon, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Enjoy! • If you've added a fancify bundle, then top tacos with roasted tomato salsa, sour cream and torn coriander.
