Asian Stir-Fry Mix

beef strips
1 sachet
Southeast Asian Spice Blend
1 packet
udon noodles
(Contains: Gluten(Wheat); )
1 bunch
herbs
1 packet
Sichuan garlic paste
(Contains: Sesame, Soy; )

Crispy Shallots
1 packet

(May be present: Eggs, Milk, Gluten, Soy, Fish, Sesame, Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Pecan, Pistachio, Walnut, Pine Nut)

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook stir-fry mix until softened, 3 mins. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Return pan to high heat. Cook beef, spice blend and garlic paste, tossing, until browned, 1-2 mins.

Meanwhile, pierce noodle packet and zap in the microwave until steaming, 2 mins. Roughly chop herbs.

Now, add Sichuan paste, noodles and stir-fry mix to the beef. Season and stir. Divide between plates and top with crispy shallots and herbs.
