We’re all for dressing up a taco, but sometimes simple is best. Tex-Mex spiced beef mince, smokey aioli and leafy greens are packed into warm tortillas for the ultimate taco night. All you need is a sprinkle of cheese.
We’ve replaced the slaw mix in this recipe with mixed salad leaves due to local ingredient availability. It’ll be just as delicious, just follow your recipe card!

(Contains: Wheat, Gluten; )

white wine vinegar
• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
• Cook beef mince (no need for oil!), breaking up with a spoon, until just
browned, 4-5 minutes.
• Add Tex-Mex spice blend and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
• Remove from heat, add a splash of water and stir to combine.
• In a large bowl, combine mixed salad leaves and a drizzle of white wine
vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Microwave mini flourtortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second
bursts until warmed through.
Little cooks: Help warm the tortillas with oven gloves and under adult
supervision. Be careful, the plate can get hot!
• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with smokey aioli, then top with salad,
Texan beef and shredded Cheddar cheese to serve. Enjoy!
