Cooking Steps

  • Peel and thinly slice orange into wedges.

  • Roughly chop walnuts.

  • To a large serving bowl, add spinach & rocket mix, orange, currants, balsamic & olive oil dressing and half the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss to combine and season to taste.

  • Garnish Christmas salad with walnuts and remaining Parmesan to serve. Enjoy!
