
A veggie side dish is often overlooked, but everyone will be coming back for more of this one! Sautéed mushrooms and Asian greens burst with umami and zingy flavours - courtesy of some ginger paste and soy sauce blend. Sprinkle over some crispy shallots for an added crunch!

Button Mushrooms
• Thinly slice mushrooms. Roughly chop Asian vegetable.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and softened, 8-10 minutes.
• Add Asian veggies and ginger paste, and cook, stirring until tender, 1-2 minutes. • Remove pan from heat, then add soy sauce mix, stirring to combine.
• Place stir-fry mushroom and Asian greens in a serving bowl. • Sprinkle with crispy shallots. Enjoy!
