glaze half-way through and you have yourself an easy, no-fuss meal the whole family will love.

Due to the different suppliers we purchase our products from, nutritional facts per meal can vary from the website to what is received in the delivered box, depending on your region.
- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
- Slice onion (see ingredients) into thick wedges.
- Halve Brussels sprouts.
- Roughly chop mild chorizo.
- Chop broccoli (see ingredients) into large florets, then chop the stalk.
- Thinly slice fresh chilli (if using).
- Lightly score chicken drumsticks to make a criss-cross pattern.
- Place onion, peeled pumpkin pieces, chicken drumsticks, chorizo on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Asian BBQ seasoning, season
with salt and toss to coat.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add ginger paste, the soy sauce and a splash of water, stirring to combine. Set aside.
TIP: If your tray is crowded, divide between two trays.
- Remove from oven, remove foil, turn drumsticks and spoon over any juices.
- Drizzle ginger-soy mixture over chicken, then add broccoli and Brussels sprouts and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake, uncovered, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, a further 20-25 minutes.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it’s no longer pink inside.
- Divide Asian chicken and green veg traybake between plates.
- Spoon any remaining sauce from the pan over chicken.
- Garnish with remaining chilli to serve. Enjoy!
