
If you like bold flavours and Asian cuisine, you’ll love food inspired by the Sichuan province in China! We’ve dialled down the chilli but kept the tasty garlic and umami flavours for an easy-to-eat taco that will appeal to everyone.

Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce

• Thinly slice cucumber (see ingredients) into sticks.
• Shred cos lettuce (see ingredients).
• Cut chicken breast into 2cm chunks.
Little cooks: Help wash and tear the green butter lettuce!

• In a small bowl, combine garlic aioli and half the garlic stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
• Remove pan from heat, then add the soy sauce, remaining garlic stir-fry sauce and a splash of water. Toss to coat, then set aside.
• Meanwhile, microwave mini flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second bursts, until warmed through.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside.

• Spread each tortilla with some garlic sauce, then top with some lettuce, cucumber, julienned carrot and glazed chicken.
• Sprinkle with crushed peanuts (see ingredients) and tear over coriander (see ingredients) to serve. Enjoy!
