Tinned Mango
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast the shredded coconut, stirring occasionally, until golden, 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain tinned mango and thinly slice.
Add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli to a serving bowl. Top with a dollop of original thick & creamy yoghurt, mango and toasted coconut.
TIP: Store any leftover muesli in an airtight container!
