Heat a medium frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast the flaked almonds, tossing, until golden, 2-3 mins.

Meanwhile, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to a bowl.

TIP: Store any leftover muesli in an airtight container!

Top the granola with a dollop of the original thick & creamy yoghurt and berry compote. Sprinkle over toasted almonds to serve.
