Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast flaked almonds, tossing, until golden, 2-3 mins.

Meanwhile, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to a bowl.

TIP: Store any leftover muesli in an airtight container!

To the granola, add the soy milk. Top with the berry compote. Sprinkle over toasted almonds to serve.
