Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, dried parsley, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. This will be your herb marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the herb marinade generously over each fillet, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
