• See 'air fryer tips!' (below). • Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Cut potato into wedges, then place on a lined oven tray. • Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

2
2

• Meanwhile, finely chop garlic. Zest lemon to get a pinch, then slice into wedges. Roughly chop baby spinach leaves and cucumber. Thinly slice onion. • In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, the soy sauce, lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice and the water. Set aside.

Little cooks: Take charge by combining the sauces!

3

• When the wedges have 10 minutes cook time remaining, heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. • Cook beef mince and onion, breaking up mince with a spoon, until just browned, 4-5 minutes.

4
4

• Add garlic to the beef and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Add teriyaki sauce mixture and cook until slightly reduced, 1-2 minutes.

5
5

• In a large bowl, combine slaw mix, cucumber, baby spinach, mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice. Toss to combine. Season to taste.

Little cooks: Kids can help by combining the ingredients for the slaw.

• Divide wedges between plates and top with teriyaki beef. • Sprinkle over crispy shallots. • Serve with creamy slaw and any remaining lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Little cooks: Add the finishing touch by sprinkling over the crispy shallots!
