
This garlicky green stir-fry brings serious flavour to the table! A mix of broccoli and Asian greens meets a soy and garlic combo that’s punchy and moreish.

Soy Sauce Mix
(Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Soy; )
• Thinly slice garlic. Chop broccoli (including stalk!) into small florets. • Roughly chop Asian vegetable.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook broccoli, tossing until tender, 6-7 minutes. • Add Asian vegetable and cook until wilted, 1-2 minutes.
TIP: Add a dash of water to the pan to help speed up the cooking process.
• Reduce pan to medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove pan from heat and add soy sauce mix, tossing to coat. Season with pepper.
• Transfer garlicky soy broccoli stir-fry to a serving plate. Enjoy!
